TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS IN AUTOKABINA SPRAY BOOTH model EAGLE:
Construction of the spray booth walls - AUTOKABINA spray booth EAGLE model is made from panels type "sandwich" made from steel sheet metal, both sides zinc-plated, fulfilled with pressed mineral wool 50 mm thick and 160 kg/m3. JIt is the only insulation material completely not sensitive on solvents that are in the air and non-flammable that is used in this type of constructions. Sheet metal is painted on both sides on white colour in standard. It is possible to order a spray booth in another colour. Walls are secured with foil that is removed in the last phase of assembly.
Spray booth roof - it is a warm air inlet channel to the spray booth. The best solution is making this part from insulation material. Roof construction is made from the same panels that are used for building walls. Thus whole construction of the spray booth is made from insulation panels.
Entering door - made from insulation panels strengthen by construction elements. They are made from three parts with one wing as service door equipped in security locks. Special bolts that ensure a proper stickiness to the doorframe construction close two other winds. The door with a big 300 cm width and 295 cm height ensure a comfortable communication and are equipped in gaskets installed on each wing.
Lightning - installed on slants between the wall of the spray booth and a inflation ceiling. Each lamp is equipped in 4 fluorescent lights each with 36 W with an L 54 light colour similar to the daylight. A fluorescent light exchange is made outside or in special cases from the inside. This kind of construction ensures tightness and fulfils standard's requirements in this range.
Ceiling filters - installed on an easy to reach frames. Made from VILEDON GP 560 G filtering fabric. Filters surface depends on the spray booths measurements.
Preliminary filters - For the sake of filters with pocket (sack) construction, which have some failure that is the result of pockets peaks fast pollution what cause a considerable increase of air suck in resistance, we have decided to move those filters to the filtering ceiling and assembling them over the preliminary filters in a special construction that makes up an element of air distribution system. This kind of location cause that the surface of these filters is the same like the surface of the ceiling filters. The exchange of these filters takes place as often as ceiling filters exchange that is in about every 1000 hours. The basic advantage is not blocking of possibility of air suck in. This kind of solutions take place in devices of the most famous paint booths producers.
Distribution system of inflated air - ventilation and heating unit (generator) can be placed in three places: on the left, right side and at the back of the paint booth. In each case and especially at the back there can be an irregular flow. To prevent this we have used a special air distribution system that is responsible for compensation of air inflation on the whole ceiling filters surface.
Foundation of a paint booth - to assure the best conditions of an air flow even, a lover air channel should be as deep as possible. That is why we offer a foundation of a paint booth on so called concrete moat. The documentation of making such a moat is delivered free of charge to our clients after signing a contract. In case making a concrete moat is not possible we also advise a metal base.
Floor grating - in a base version we deliver a floor grating with the dimensions of 500 x 300 cm made from zinc-plated steel. The load capacity is 400 kg on a 20 x 20 cm point. Grating is supported by a steel construction provided with level system. The grating height is 40 mm and the thickness of the carrying flat is 2 mm.
The system of an outlet air distribution - similarly to the inflation ceiling there is an air distribution system under the floor grating that is responsible for choke intensity levelling on the whole floor grating surface. This system levels the results of side and back (not central) generator's location.
Floor filters - to delimit an emission of paints and lacquers solid particles there were used dry and synthetic floor filters type paint-stop. Its surface is equal to the floor-grating surface under which they are installed. In offered standard solution it is 15 m2 . CThe frequency of exchanging depends on the kind of work and also on painters' abilities. Approximately it is around 60 - 100 hours. One should remember that dirty floor filters cause a drastic hypertension increase in paint booth, which does not have an automatic or half-automatic hypertension regulation. An increase of hypertension causes a decrease of airflow speed, which in a good empty paint booth should be approximately 0,25 m/sec. If we want to keep stable conditions of work in a paint booth we should remember about necessity of exchanging filters in an adequate time.
Ventilation - heating unit (generator) - made with the use of modern technical solutions based on steel constructions with the use of an outside isolation panels. Standard colour - white.

AUTOKABINA PAINT BOOTH model EAGLE consists:

Ventilators - inflation and extractor. Owing to high efficiency (Relation of engine power to ventilator efficiency) there was used double stream, radius ventilators produced by one of the best European companies. All famous producers of paint booths in the world use ventilators made by this producer.
Engines - separate for inflation and extractor system drive. We use inductive, three phases engines with a star/triangle starting. Execution in IP 55 class.
The way of passing on a drive - because of sometime necessity of adjusting ventilation system efficiency to conditions (e.g. big height of paint booth location over the sea level and the necessity of ventilator's efficiency increase because of high air dilution) there was used a belt transmission that lets for ventilator's turning speed regulation through the change of belt wheels size. Stiff connections do not have this kind of possibility. Very important advantage of this solution is also not transmitting vibrations, thanks to the "soft" connection.
Heating exchanger - basis of the best solutions used by long time experience producers we have designed and put into practice a heating exchanger that is adjusted for exploitation together with oil or gas burner. It is characterised by high efficiency, pipe construction of furnace placed in several lines, use of fumes wheel reduction gear and treble fumes flow. In standard version it is built from a special steel with a higher heating endurance in connection with stainless steel in a part of construction. In special version it is completely from a stainless steel. A power and connected with it exchanger's measurements depend on ventilation system efficiency.
Burner - in standard versions we always deliver oil burners. Depending on the model there are one-step or two-steps burners. As an option we can also offer modulated burners. In case of gas burner use cost of an order will increase. Our basic burners supplier is famous company Riello.
Winter - summer system - it is a special system designed mostly for countries with a cold climate. It lets using paint booths even in very big outside temperatures decreases.
Air circulation - in drying phase about 90% of an air mass circulates in closed circulation. It is the only proper solution that should be used in our climate sphere. It lets achieving high drying temperature in short time without unnecessary loss. It is very economical work.
Hypertension regulation - the system lets keeping a hypertension in a paint booth always on the same level, which lets keeping an air flow speed on the same level independently on the condition of floor filter's pollution. In standard solution we deliver a paint booth with half automatic regulation system. In a special order we deliver completely automatic system. Practical use of this system lets keeping a stable, which means always the same, paint booth working parameters.
Steering system - made with a use of modern technique, based on micro processing steering systems, which lets using additional working functions of paint booth, like: chilling and ventilating. It consists of two elements: distributing desk and steering panel.
Ventilation channels - made from galvanized sheet metal adjusted to the ventilation systems efficiency. Length 6m from the floor level, ended with elements against rain.
Fumes chimney - isolated, made from acid proof steel inside and stainless steel outside adjusted to the ventilation systems efficiency, ended with so called mouthpiece. Length up to 6 m from the floor level.
